Refund policy

Refunds

We will only offer a refund if an item is broken or faulty and if it can't be replaced by us. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards. We also cannot accept refunds/store credit for 'made to order' products once the item has been paid for as we place the order straight away with upfront payment unless the product is faulty and can't be replaced.
